The Story:
At over 350 Ronald McDonald Houses in the U.S., Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) provides temporary housing to the families of sick children during hospital stays. HFG worked with RMHC Wichita to consolidate multiple existing Houses into a hospitality-focused, flagship Ronald McDonald House connected to the campus of Wesley Medical Center. RMHC Wichita inspired our designers with its commitment to alleviating as much stress as possible for resident families. The resulting design weaves uplifting common spaces, immersive playscapes, and private family suites into an environment that empowers families to focus on what is truly important. In the words of RMHC Wichita, “hope has a new home.”
Ronald McDonald House Charities Wichita is a non-profit organization funded by people like you. If you are able, please consider making a donation at rmhcwichita.org.
