1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and any associated services (the “Service”), including SMS, MMS, or other messaging communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Messaging Program Description

HFG Architecture provides an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and business partners regarding legitimate business matters. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Project inquiries and proposal discussions
  • Contract updates and document notifications
  • Scheduling updates for consultations, site visits, or project meetings
  • Project status updates and milestone notifications
  • Requests for information, approvals, or required documentation
  • Administrative, billing, or account-related communications
  • Informational or promotional messages, where explicit consent has been provided
  • Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the interaction and user preferences. HFG Architecture does not send unsolicited text messages.

3. User Consent (Opt-In)

You may receive SMS messages from the Company after you choose to engage with us through one of the following methods:

  • Submitting a contact form on our website
  • Requesting a consultation, proposal, or project information
  • Executing a client agreement or service contract
  • Providing your phone number during a project inquiry or business interaction
  • Opting in through a written, electronic, or verbal consent process where permitted by law

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting, you agree to receive SMS communications related to your inquiry, project, account, or other legitimate business matters. Marketing messages will only be sent where explicit consent has been provided.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive up to 10 promotional messages per month, as well as additional messages as needed for transactional or appointment-related communications.

5. Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

6. Fees & Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HFG Architecture is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred due to message delivery.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging services are supported by most major U.S. carriers, but are not guaranteed to be available on all carriers or devices.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the messaging service for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Fraud, deception, or impersonation
  • SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, where prohibited)
  • Any activity that violates TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, or applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging access for violations.

9. Age Requirement and Parental Consent

Services are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. No individual under eighteen (18) may receive any service unless expressly permitted by applicable law and approved in writing by a parent or legal guardian. Certain services, including injectables and laser treatments, are not available to minors under any circumstances. The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information, including phone numbers, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

11. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to revoke messaging access for non-compliance with our terms.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Messaging services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for message delays, delivery failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
