Clinic Addition

This 17,788 SF clinic addition alleviates pressure on existing clinic space and adds 42 clinic exam rooms for 14 providers throughout 7 wings; lab and radiological departments with X-ray capabilities, full-service lab services, and 2 draw stations; procedure rooms; waiting space; a reception area; provider and staff offices; a conference room; and a financial counsel office. The addition features a public entrance to the clinic from the outside and also connects to McPherson Hospital.

MRI Addition

HFG is currently providing planning and design services for an MRI room addition at McPherson Hospital. Early in the planning process, HFG identified a transformer power bank a short distance from the proposed location of the new MRI room and raised the possibility that the main power line for these transformers might run directly underneath the potential construction site. HFG next generated a solution by determining the appropriate amount of shielding that would allow the MRI machine to function at its full resolution. HFG identified the potential for MRI interference early in the planning process and worked diligently to furnish a solution that has kept this project on schedule.
