HFG Invests in Northwest Arkansas Growth Through New Leadership Addition

HFG Architecture, a nationally recognized healthcare architecture and design firm is continuing its investment in Northwest Arkansas with the addition of Josh Danish as Managing Director of the firm’s Rogers office.

Known for designing healthcare environments centered on people and community impact, HFG serves clients across the nation with experience spanning critical access hospitals, specialty healthcare facilities, regional health systems, and federal clients.

Josh joins HFG to lead the day-to-day operations of the Rogers office while supporting project leadership, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives throughout Northwest Arkansas. His addition reflects the firm’s long-term commitment to expanding its presence in the region while continuing to deliver thoughtful, people centered design.

A Northwest Arkansas native, Josh brings more than two decades of architectural experience and deep ties to the community. He earned his degree from the University of Arkansas and is a licensed architect holding NCARB credentials. Since beginning his career in 2002, he has built extensive experience leading teams, managing projects, and growing regional operations throughout Arkansas.

Most recently, Josh served as Regional Director at Cromwell Architect Engineers, where he spent the last decade helping establish and grow the firm’s Northwest Arkansas presence. During his tenure, he successfully launched and expanded the regional office to a team of 22 employees. With more than 20 years of experience in architecture and leadership, Josh brings a deep understanding of both the regional market and the relationships that shape it.

“Josh brings a rare combination of operational leadership, regional knowledge, and relationship-driven experience that aligns perfectly with who we are as a firm,” said David Wright, CEO of HFG Architecture. “As we continue growing our presence in Northwest Arkansas, it was important for us to find someone who not only understands the market, but also values people, culture, and community the way HFG does. Josh’s experience and leadership make him an incredible fit for this next chapter of growth.”

Josh’s leadership comes at a pivotal time for both the firm and the region. As Northwest Arkansas continues to experience rapid growth across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, HFG is positioning its Rogers office to support increased project demand, strengthen regional partnerships, and pursue new opportunities aligned with the area’s continued momentum.

In addition to overseeing daily office operations, Josh will work closely with firm leadership and project teams to support business development efforts, client experience, and long-term strategic growth throughout the region.

“Northwest Arkansas continues to be one of the most dynamic and fast-growing regions in the country, and we see tremendous opportunity to continue building meaningful partnerships throughout the area,” said Dwayne Robinett, Chief Strategy Officer at HFG Architecture. “From a strategic standpoint, Josh’s experience aligns extremely well with HFG’s approach to delivering exceptional healthcare design and client service across NWA and throughout the state, both at the systems level and within rural healthcare communities. His ability to build teams, strengthen relationships, and understand the unique needs of different healthcare environments will be instrumental as we continue expanding our presence in the region.”

The addition of Josh marks another important step in HFG Architecture’s continued growth strategy in Northwest Arkansas. By strengthening leadership within the Rogers office, the firm is building a foundation for sustained regional expansion while continuing to bring nationally informed expertise and people-centered design to the communities it serves.
