St. Rose was a multi-phased remodel of an existing two-story clinic with a addition for the lobby and main entry. After the completion of the project, the old hospital was demolished. The community health center includes clinic space, an ambulatory surgical center, lab, and imaging. St Rose had several complex medical equipment installations that were coordinated by HFG. Including MRI, CT, X-ray, Nuclear Medicine, Surgery, and lab. The project was completed in multiple phases to ensure that all clinical functions remained open until they were moved to their new locations. HFG utilized the latest HVAC systems to ensure that the renovated space operated efficiently within the constraints of the existing structure. This included using a VRF system for most of the building. The project was part of a joint effort by Centura Health and HaysMed. The facility is 34,010 SF of renovation and addition.
